Project: Pedestrian Bridge on river Enguri. Location: Anaklia – Ganmukhuri, Zugdidi Region, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti. Brief Description: Pedestrian bridge on river Enguri, connecting Ganmukhuri and Analkia beaches. The project is implemented in eight stages: Construction of reinforced concrete pile base; Construction of reinforced concrete piers; Production of timber constructions; Production of steel constructions; Installation of timber constructions; Installation of the pylon; Installation and stressing of the cables; Timber works on pedestrian side, installation of railings and lighting. The technical Characteristics - length of the bridge – 504 m, width – 6.81 m - makes it the longest wooden bridge in Europe and one of the largest in the World.
