The first concrete road in Georgia was constructed by initiative of “Caucasus Road Project”. Together with company “Zimo” “Caucasus Road Project” offered alternative suggestion about concrete paved road on 2006 tender, which meant widening of motorway E60 from 2 lines to 4 lines with asphalt pavement. This suggestion passed through and in October 2006 “Nakahtari-Agaiani” 12 km part of the road was completed. In 2009 “Caucasus road project” completed Agiani-igoeti 17 km part of the road. Project participants were: “Heilit+woerner” GmbH _ Germany and SE “Strabag” _ Austria.
